We have been mak­ing fur­ni­ture to order for 20 years spe­cial­is­ing in a French and Span­ish “Coun­try” style.

Our hand­made fur­ni­ture stands out from our com­pe­ti­tion because prin­ci­pally we are antique deal­ers so our work is faith­ful to period designs.

Antiques by design, if you like, but with superb inter­pre­ta­tion of design and excel­lence in manufacture.

Our fin­ish­ing is in an absolutely tra­di­tional man­ner but ser­vice­able for today’s needs.

We sell most of our pieces on a direct basis but we work with four of New Zealand’s top dec­o­ra­tors so as we cover the North Island on a regional basis. All of our prices include deliv­ery New Zealand wide. We can hap­pily quote on over­seas orders.

Din­ing Tables. We make these to size and can add draw­ers where necessary.

 

With the tables we rec­om­mend this Ital­ian Beech, rush seated lad­der­back chair. The size is per­fect to opti­mize seat­ing at the tables. They are a very com­fort­able chair even for a big per­son. The rush seat is “Scotch-Guarded” so there is no con­cern with spillage. We like them & sell lots of them. They are well priced as a din­ing chair.

 

 

Cof­fee Tables. These we also make to your size require­ments. We can be flex­i­ble with the height of these. Both drawer & a shelf are options.

Side Tables & Con­soles. We dif­fer­en­ti­ate between side tables & con­soles. Our side tables have the same rail width as a din­ing table & allows for a drawer of 75mm depth. You can sit at a side table, not a console.

Chests of Draw­ers & Bed­side Cabinets/ Tables. Again all to spec­i­fi­ca­tion. Our bed­side tables are in two sizes. The smaller are 50cm x 40 cm & 65 cm tall. The larger are 60cm x 45cm. Same height.

June 3 2011. Recently we were asked if we would con­struct all the fac­ings for a new kitchen instal­la­tion for a client’s house high on Mt Pirongia.The house is in an aston­ish­ing set­ting so a photo of kitchen just ahead of the client mov­ing in & a view from Mt Piron­gia to Mt Ruapehu.
